Tonight in my home town there is an art walk. I'm pretty excited to go. I really need to get more involved on a local level and the city does art walks several times a year. I think I'll try and get involved in the August one.

In other news, it is field season again, so my presence may be more intermittent for a while. Next week I get to survey a bunch of ditches in western Colorado. I'm not really expecting to find much, but at least it gets me outside!

Oh and I got to see my baby and hear the heartbeat via ultra sound a couple of weeks ago! We didn't get a good picture, because the printer was not working well. But I will get another chance in a little over six weeks
